While the market times appear to be a little longer, the definite price trend is up. The higher market times could partially be a reflection of tougher MLS policy towards re-lists.

MLS is wise to police the practice of canceling a listing when it starts to get stale and popping it up as a new listing. When relisting gets going it really skews the statistics. Market times are a useful early indicator of the trend, but only if they are consistently reported.
