The ongoing condominium conversion of the Four Lakes development is skewing the numbers. Pulling out single family homes to give a more accurate reflection of market conditions shows 216 single family sales for 2004 at an average sales price of $342,565 vs. 205 single family sales in 2003 with and average sales price of $316,673 a better than 8% gain for the year.
